Shipping Time
We aim to ship stock products ordered on weekdays within 24 hours. Additional services will increase processing time:

We ship via trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx. Delivery to the U.S. typically takes 3-6 business days, while international delivery usually takes 5-9 business days. Delivery times may vary for remote areas.
Production Time
Production time refers to the time needed to manufacture your hair system. This does NOT include time spent on:
- Consultations
- Sending in hair systems, samples, or templates
- Confirming order details after payment
- Shipping
Production time starts once all order details are confirmed, samples are received, and payment is made.
Shipping Costs
- Free worldwide shipping on all hair systems.
- For orders containing only accessories:
$29.90 for packages under 0.5 kg
+$10 for each additional 0.5 kg
Customs Clearance
Customs fees may apply depending on your country’s tariff regulations. Customers are responsible for any customs charges. For questions, please email us at service@genthair.com.
Delivery Instructions
To ensure smooth delivery, provide accurate shipping details, including:
- Full address
- Phone number
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect phone numbers
- Incomplete addresses
- Missed courier communications
Returned packages due to these issues will incur return shipping and customs fees, paid by the customer.
Return Shipment Liability Policy
- If a return is lost during our company-arranged pickup, we will take full responsibility.
- If you arrange your own return shipping, we are not liable for lost items.
